Since 2019, the Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and various cooperation agreements as follows:

• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Helvitas Swiss Organization for International Cooperation Lao PDR, a partnership agreement between the regional biodiversity trade promotion project in Lao PDR on February 18, 2019;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Sacombank Lao, Banque Franco-Lao, Lao Development Bank, BCEL Public, ST Bank, Lao-Viet Bank, Joint Development Bank, ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd and Lao-China Bank Limited. Small and medium enterprise capital access project to achieve the objectives and goals of the project to empower MSME to access capital sources under the implementation of training activities in the business plan development guidebook “Laos in Business” on August 14, 2019;

• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center, Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Econox Company, signed a contract for the management of the operation of the certification of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on January 31, 2020;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Lao Development Bank (LDB), Sacombank Lao, signed a memorandum of understanding to exchange information and spread knowledge about access to funding sources on July 3;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with BCEL, a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in sharing and disseminating information on December 25, 2020;

• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Enjoy Learning People Lao Company to create cooperation, development of business people and skills on 10 March 2021;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with AAS Lao Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on the provision of financial planning and cash accounting training instructors to promote the economy on 02 June 2021;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Laos together with the New Concept Deposit Accepting Microfinance Institution Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to provide access to capital for banks on 21 June 2021;

• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the BIC Bank signed a loan agreement on cooperation in providing funds in the form of credit on 14 September 2021;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Technology and Innovation Department of the Ministry of Technology and Communications signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in information exchange, transfer of new technology and innovation to promote MSME entrepreneurs on 24 November 2021;

• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Institute of Industry and Commerce of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, a memorandum of understanding to promote and exchange specialized knowledge between researchers and academics on February 22, 2022;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Village Focus International (VFI) signed a cooperation agreement to help farmers in the agricultural sector avoid cutting down trees and destroy forests and adapt to sustainable agriculture on February 22, 2023;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Maruhan Japan Bank Lao Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to empower micro, small and medium enterprises to access capital sources on 17 March 2023;
• The Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with J&C Management Solutions to cooperate in organizing a long-term joint training course on 12 July 2023.
